DiscussionsFor myself, I went in to apps settings and reopened them through the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store. It fixed the majority of app freezing and sluggish behaviors. I also powered down after either updating or reopening problem apps and so far it seems to have worked. I'm currently running with little to no app issues.
I hope this helps... Just sharing what I did with great results.
I'm enjoying my experience now, but app and setting tweaks were needed.
I should add that I did not need to uninstall and reinstall any apps so far; just reopens and updates
