Status bar wont disappear

Is anyone else seeing an issue where the status bar doesn't go away when your in an app? 

The top status bar sometimes doesnt go away and I have to close the app and open it again to get it to slide back up. 

I couldnt catch it just now but ill I upload a ss when it does happen again.

1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).

I have the problem with my bottom bar getting stuck. It will no hide. I have to swipe down from the top to get it to go away. I submitted an error report
