Please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report (Samusng Members One UI Beta Program Beta Feedback Error Report.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

I will say this seems similar to my issue. I have times where when I'm on WiFi calls will go straight to voicemail and texts don't come through. My phone shows signal but I have to end up turning off WiFi. I have also had where it will go to searching while on WiFi and have to wind up going to airplane mode and back to Mobile data. Makes it hard to try and submit a bug when you don't know it isn't working quite right.
