I'm seeing it when going home from every app. It's just not smooth at all. I sent in an error report along with a screen recording. Hopefully they iron out the animations.
Yes my screen on the home screen is glitching also coming out of the notifications or coming out of apps or disconnecting my phone from charger. At first I thought maybe it was my vision, but the top corners of my wallpaper image glitches occasionally coming out of these commands on the phone. Has done this since updating this morning on the 3rd Beta. Please fix
