On the fold 4, if you have a work profile and select certain apps it will load the personal app from the multitasking bar or taskbar recent apps. This is still an issue in beta UI 5.0. but not for all apps. I noticed on my work Google calendar app it opened fine, but my slack app still wanted to open my personal one. So if I do not have that app installed on my personal account it will freeze the screen and lock up.
Honestly try doing that issue screen record it if you can and report it as an issue but also make sure that the logs option is checked so they can fix it faster.
