If you find your phone is having touch issues, a wipe cache partition temporarily fixes it.
  1. Turn off phone
  2. Press power and volume up button simultaneously.
  3. When Samsung logo appears release buttons
  4. Using volume down button scroll to Wipe cache partition.
  5. Press power button.
  6. Scroll to yes with the volume down button.
  7. Press power to reboot.
Hope this helps, you might have to do this multiple times a day

Thank you for your feedback.

We have made improvements for touch stability in the latest Beta SW (ZWJ6).  Please update your device to the latest Beta SW.  If you continue to have issues, please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report (Samusng Members One UI Beta Program Beta Feedback Error Report.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
