Trying to obtain modem log

Was sent directions from beta team to send in a log however when I got the *#9900* settings and try to turn on silent logging I get promoted for a code see attached screen shot. I have replied several times to the error report asking for further instructions however I keep getting back the same canned response with the same steps outlined. Can anyone help me out here? 
What is otp authorization and why isn't activating it included in the instructions ?

Hello @Rjmjr69 ,

Our support might have provided instructions for you by mistake assuming issue was raised by an employee. 

External users are not allowed to access that menu and OTP can only be generate by Samsung employees.
