UI 4 Beta not available for me

On my S21 ultra (USA, unlocked), when I go to Samsung Memebers app, I don't see the panel for One UI 4 Beta that everyone has been talking about. Apparently, this panel is what you need to click and register to download the UI4 Beta. 

Does anyone know how to make this panel appear or how I can install the One UI 4 beta?

Registration for  Phase 1 Beta Program has been closed on 9/16. When we open phase 2, it will posted again on Samsung community.
