Visual Voicemail

I've been using Visual Voicemail app through T-Mobile for years and now I just noticed there's another Visual Voicemail app that I assume is through Samsung now. I set it up and it has the same voicemails that was saved so I don't know which one would be better to use. Suggestions?

I'd utilize Samsung instead of t-mobile

I've noticed on the Samsung Voicemail Transcription it missed some words that are clear on the audio.

Samsungs is much better plus it's integrated into the phone app as well, so that's much easier, it's nicer, and a better altogether app

This happened on a beta several years ago. Once the beta was over, and the official software installed, the Samsung Visual Voicemail was removed, and the TMo version was the only option once again. We'll see what happens this time.
