Voice Mail Message Notification Won't Go Away

Since the 3rd beta today on my GW4, this dang on VM noti will not clear off. I have no new VM. I've cleared cashe in recovery. Rebooting doesn't clear it. Clear all notifications doesn't clear it. Most of the time clear all is greyed out but the stupid VM noti is still there.

This finally cleared out now after wiping cashe a couple times once on beta 4.
