Voice message w/ effect is off

Instead of effect it literally just send a message that states sent with effect and the emoji of the effect, no longer does the animation

It's working fine; I just tried it. But I use Samsung Messages, not Google Messages. Also, make sure the voice changer is on.

This is an issue with the Google messages app has nothing to do with Samsung. Sorry. Check to see if you're on the beta version of the app and if so clear cache and let it re-download the server settings updates from Google after a few minutes. It'll work again.
