Volume issues

When playing videos through multiple apps the audio will jump levels sporadically and the volume controls stop responding until I reset the phone. 

I've wiped the cache partition multiple times with no fix.

Seeing both this and your other issue, are you on the latest Beta? Are all your apps up-to-date?

Yes I'm on the latest beta. I didn't have these issues on the beta 2
