It's a hit or a miss tbh. But yes I choose a wallpaper and them it Zooms on it automatically. Doesn't matter of you try to resize, for a sec there after readjusting the size it seems like it will save to the size you want and then boom it's zoomed in all the way after the wallpaper is applied.
