Apparently if it is LTE it has to be connected to t-mobile, or just a bt watch.

One UI 8 Beta for Watch LTE series with T-Mobile carrier is currently eligible for software update and Bluetooth models.

Same issue here, LTE capable watch eligible and I have T-Mobile as my cell phone carrier, but I don't have a data plan on the T-Mobile network for it.

Please remediate so we can test

My 6 Classic LTE isn't connected to a carrier, and I still got it right away.  My cell carrier is Verizon.  I've just been too lazy to get it connected.
