"Daily Server Download limit reached"

Anyone else get this message when trying to update the Watch 4?

I've been trying going on almost two days now.

It's been saying that for me as well for a couple days, just tried again now and it downloaded and installed!

Disconnect the watch from the phone, turn on WiFi on the watch, go to settings on the watch go to updates and run the update Directly from the watch and it will update without a problem, after it's done you can reconnect the watch to the phone

Nah, it aint working. Just got off the phone with Tmobile, apparently samsung network is down.

It's all good. I can wait.
