DiscussionsSo...Samsung won't fix the problem and will ship a defective product? What's your point? Your OK with that? Not very customer focused attitude. I'm outta here

DiscussionsBeta already ended for the Watch 6, then the others would likely follow soon, they can always fix things when it isn't on Beta, too

DiscussionsJust because the beta ended for watch 6 doesn't mean anything for 4 & 5. Stop acting like you know it all.

DiscussionsHello @usermkctxa3xCZ ,
Thank you for your feedback on Heart Rate not being captured on Watch5.
This issue has been a known issue on Watch6 as well, yet the fix was applied on the official Watch software, along with Galaxy Wearable / Samsung Health apps.
If you find any other issues during the Beta program, please submit an Error report to help us understand and stabilize the issues.
Galaxy Wearable Beta > Search for "Contact us" > Submit Report > Check "Send Diagnostic data" (Screenshots would be helpful).
We apologize for any inconvenience that have caused you during the Beta program.
Regards,
One UI Beta Team
