DiscussionsYou might need to connect to your watch 6 before clicking participate. If you did that and still gets error, it could be that beta is full or your watch 6 isn't the right model to participate.

DiscussionsHey, I had the same problem and I fixed it. Here's what I did:
1. force closed the Samsung Members app.
2. I cleared the app's cache and data.
3. I opened the Samsung Members app again and tried downloading the apps again.
That worked for me.

Thank you for your feedback.
There could be possible reasons why you were getting the error message popup.
1) Watch is not compatible for Beta (non-BT/LTE models). Only Bluetooth models can participate at this time.
2) Members app cache issue (Clearing out app cache)
If above options aren't available for your fix, please submit an error report through your Galaxy Wearable app (Contact us > Error reports).
