Watch 7 not communicating with s24 ultra

I noticed that when I receive calls and I tap my phone icon on my watch 7, it doesn't connect.

Mine galaxy watch does the same. I replaced it with a new one but no luck. I went to a t Mobile retailer, but they couldn't fix either. I have it for almost 2 months, but the problem starts when I installed the UI7. I think I will return the watch if they don't update the UI7. Is there a chance to delete the UI7?
