Watch Beta 3 issue-voicemail notification

Ever since I updated to the July watch beta 4.5 beta 3 I get a constant voicemail notification that I cannot delete. Anyone else having this issue? Received on Watch.  I have an LTE model

That's why it's a beta. Report your bug through the proper channels so they can hopefully get it squashed before the next release.

I'm not sure if it's a bug or a carrier issue. Hence the question.
