Hold both buttons until the watch says rebooting, then click the top button rapidly until it shows a menu, scroll down with the top button to recovery then click and hold the top button. In that menu use the bottom button to scroll and top button to select, it should be something with the word reset in it. That's how you can factory reset through the Recovery Menu.
