Anyone who does not use the galaxy watches, rings etc and only use the ear buds, go ahead and uninstall the app. it really serves no funciton other than to maybe act as a marketing tool to  people opening it and see watches, rings etc being shown. The ear buds software now working within the settings of the phone operate as they once did in the wearables app

 

Also Mods, please do not paste an reply for reporting errors instructions, it does apply.

Still trying to figure out if this is a good thing. It is not showing up for me in the settings page

That is weird. Are your buds not showing because the app is not there or it does not at all? When I use my buds, the info and stats pop up similar to what would be in the wearable app.

I can only access from the widget and Bluetooth.

Same here I have to keep going into Bluetooth settings as I do not use the Widget

Also, kindly note that we are posting the Beta Feedback instructions on every post to inform all users (new Beta users, returning/veteran Beta users who submitted their feedback yet contains insufficient information (Screenshots, videos, log not submitted after first 3 minutes from the issue occurrence), etc.) to submit any feedback during the Beta program. 

For those of you having trouble not seeing the "Buds" menu other than Bluetooth or widget, please try opening your buds' case (let the buds connect to your phone) to see if the menu pops up in "Settings" before submitting your feedback.
