Websites in Chrome not displaying properly

Some sites like Home Depot are not displaying properly. It's coming up as the desktop version even though the checkbox for that is not selected. Tried to clear all my settings and issue still persists.

Thought chrome messed something up, but I guess you're right! Didn't have this on stable OS
