Where's one ui beta 2?

Has anyone heard when the next beta update will be?  I want to stick with One ui 4, but it is quite glitchy.

Word out is that the Philippines got the beta 2 today, 7-8h ago. I expect it's going to be pushed out to more markets later today or this week. It comes with October security update too.

I've been trying to do research on it but can't find out anything about the beta 2 release. Usually there's change logs or screen shots

I think that's just the regular security patch.
