So wifi and cellular IS working, you just had to reboot first..... Sometimes RIL gets hung during updates. This is actually normal right after an o.s. update. Its always best to reboot after anyway but as long as the issue doesn't return or become persistent, its normal. ๐๐ป
Once your device is rebooted / updated > rebooted after Over The Air firmware update, your WiFi and Cellular refreshes for a brief seconds and returns.
However, if your data is permanently lost or does not connect after restarting from update, please submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device immediately after the issue is reproduced.
