Work profile doesn't turn off Outlook

I turn off my Work profile on evenings and weekends. What a glorious feature, Samsung, I love it. 

But in oneUI Beta 1, when I turn off work profile, my Outlook email continues to dowload messages and show how many messages are waiting for me. 

All my work apps are greyed-out as expected, but Outlook is actually still running. Anyone else seeing this?

Adding to this - notifications for other apps (e.g. Teams) also keep coming, so it does seem that even though all Work Profile apps are grayed out, they are still active and receiving messages.
