I'm there wipe cache, don't wipe data yet.
Then open the app again.
Buffering is also a network thing, if your Internet or Wi-Fi is having some congestion issues this will start happening.
Good luck. No issues here with apps buffering during video play based on beta update, only my own network that has over 100 devices hooked up 24/7

DiscussionsI use Samsung good guardians app called app booster after OS updates.
I also make sure to update all play store apps and Galaxy store apps before and after the OS update.
Then I shut the phone down and go into recovery mode and wipe the cache there a couple of times, then reboot.
Have this advise due to multiple apps having issues with just getting info.
