When playing youtube videos then going to pip the screen goes black. I still get the volume of the video but lose picture. When I exit the pip and go back to YouTube I no longer can see the video after switching. The video remains black with audio. Anyone else have this?
As the problem involves a 3rd party app, it would be best to contact the app developer for support. However, if you do experience issues with a Samsung app, please send us an error report with a video recording and we would be able to debug the issue.
