Youtube in minimized malfunctions sometimes

Either it can not be re-maximized. & freezes the screen when attempting to do at.

Sometimes the video is becomes even of a smaller size within the minimized box area itself. (don't know if I was able to explain)

I have an issue with YouTube as well. When minimized after opening a new app it used to automatically stay open in the bottom right corner. Now YouTube will play in the background when new app is opened. In order to see the YouTube video I have to use the recently used app button choose YouTube then press the recently used app button again and choose the app I wanted.
