DiscussionsOne UI 8.5 Beta for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 is causing significant display scaling and resolution issues, specifically breaking custom DPI (smallest width) settings for both the inner and cover screens
Now want to revert back, Not able to revert back / downgrade using Samsung Switch, Stuck in Download Mode
Service Centre says downgrade not possible from Service centre
Roll back using Samsung Switch, and here is the real ISSUE.
Roll back doesn't works using Samsung Switch and stuck in BLANK GREEN SCREEN, and today whole day while I communicated with junior and senior team members of Samsung, everyone suggested to visit the Service Centre.
Here's the horror.
Samsung Service Center says roll back is not possible, and to make situation worse for me, the lady making job card remarks DATA LOSS without attempting to ROLL BACK!?
Now I have lost hope in Service Centre and what's app Samsung support team so I have the raised this matter here in the feedback.
Can you tell me what is the solution to roll back to ONE UI 8 Stable when Samsung Switch doesn't works and Samsung Service Centre also helpless.
Where do I go with this ridiculous Phone costing me Rs1.70 lacs !!! for which no one has solution to roll back to ONE UI 8 STABLE !
FOR SAKE OF GOD, CAN SOMEONE HELP ME TO ROLL BACK TO ONE UI 8 STABLE???
