I already wiped the device cache so that's not going to fix this but I'm on the latest version of the beta and occasionally my navigation bar will still disappear to where I have to swipe up to bring it back but then the buttons, except the home button, do nothing. The only way I can fix this issue restart the phone and use it until it happens again.
This issue started for me on the first iteration of the beta and seems to be persisting.
