having the same problem just got off the phone with T-Mobile technical support. they reset network services on their end for my phone seems to be working

it's been happening with my phone to b4 the beta update worse since update changed out sim card to the 5g sim compatible but some stores and buildings zero signals t-mobile preaches better in buildings yeah right galaxy 20 plus

Change your Access Point Name. You have to add it the new Access Point Name should be:

epc.t-mobile.com
