non beta unlocked receiving UI 3.0

Just saw reddit post, unlocked devices (not enrolled in beta) are getting UI 3.0

They have T-Mobile and verizon sim cards, S20 and ultra.

I guess we're going to have to just download the firmware and flash in Odin, it's available for download in Frija now
