Our team provides that response when they either do not have logs for the particular error report or logs were taken well after the issue happened and doesnt help with debugging the issue.
Update: We checked issues reported by you and you would have received message for 2 of 10 reported. One was actually missing logs and other had logs that could not be useful for debugging.
