Hi, I am no longer able to control my hwq90r soundbar through the Smartthings application. It wants me to download an additional module, but I am not able to do it without the application crashing.

I am betting that is considered a 3rd party app and needs some updates which probably won't happen until after OneUI 3 goes live.

Hello,

As the problem involves a 3rd party app, it would be best to contact the app developer for support. However, if you do experience issues with a Samsung app, please send us an error report with a video recording and we would be able to debug the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your contribution to the beta program.

Regards

One UI Beta Team.

Just confirming that you consider the Samsung Smartthings app, made by Samsung Electronics a 3rd party app?
