Updated to One UI 8 February Patch on Z Fold 5 and airplane mode doesnt let me connect to 6ghz bands. The second I turn airplane mode off the 6ghz band networks show back up normally. The fold no longer connected to a cellular provider and wanna save battery since I still carry a separate work phone to tether internet and use the fold strictly for VoIP
"6 GHz Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi 6E/7) offers high-speed, low-latency connectivity but is generally prohibited on aircraft due to potential interference with existing navigation, radar, and satellite systems" this is why 6ghz is disabled on WiFi in airplane mode
