Bluetooth and WiFi keep turning off greyed out

Recently ive had issues with blue tooth and wifi randomly turning off then have to change blue tooth version in developermode restart a few times the blue tooth starts and everything is fine then hours later its off again same cycle samsung fold.5 any ideas tried everything except factory reset cleared all.cache ect

Same phone, same issues here. I factory reset it and it worked better. But did NOT fix the issue.
