It would be very helpful to be able to choose between your notification styles on your cover screen vs your open display.
On a cover screen it makes less sense for the open app in pop up mode since it's smaller. On the open part it is way better because you can easily make it a dual side or make a usable popup size.
So basically Samsung lets you select your front cover screen style, and pick one for your inner display, and an option that allows both to be set with the same preference .
