Fold & Flip PhonesI just updated my ZFlip 5 to the latest update. Upon rebooting, the notorious green line appeared. I find it hard to believe it was caused by anything other than the update. How can Samsung assist in fixing this issue without any cost on the consumer end?

We understand how concerning it can be to see a green line appear on your Galaxy Z Flip5 screen. One helpful step to determine whether the problem is software-related, is to boot your device into "Safe Mode". This mode temporarily disables third-party apps, which can help identify if an app is causing the display problem.
Here’s how to enter Safe Mode:
Press and hold the Power button until the power menu appears.
Tap and hold the Power off icon until the Safe Mode prompt appears.
Tap Safe Mode to confirm.
Once your device restarts in Safe Mode, check if the green line is still visible. If it disappears, a third-party app may be the cause. If the line remains, it could be hardware-related.
