Email menu option display blank

Something happened recently over the past few days where all my colors I had set for different email accounts seem to have defaulted to an initial setup and when I click on an email address to get the options to set as vip, copy email address, etc, as you can see the white background does not display any text. I disabled dark mode, restarted my phone, don't have any high contrast settings configured but when the colors changed a few days ago automatically this all changed as well. I even deleted email and reinstalled it and it's still the same thing. Uninstall the updates for webview and it's still the same. phone is a z fold 5 with all the latest update.

I can certainly understand your concern with not being able to see the options listed under the e-mail on your Z Fold 5 and I would be happy to look into this further for you. In order to better assist you, can you please advise me what e-mail app you are using when you are experiencing this symptom?

Have you tried force stopping and clearing the cache for the e-mail app?

Did you by any chance use the dark mode override in the developer settings?

Have you had any updates to the e-mail app or the phone recently?

Are you able to highlight below the e-mail address and see words to click for the options?

Just read a review on the app in the Play store and they had the exact same issue

latest update caused all of my custom domain colors to change and the add vip, add contact and copy email address options in dark mode when clicking an email address don't show the text with the white background. horrible update

I have this exact issue as well in my Samsung Galaxy s10 plus.

Same issue on Galaxy s25 Ultra. In dark mode that menu is completely Whited out if I go to light mode I can see VIP copy add contact. This is a glitch in the system and it needs to be fixed.

Latest Samsung email update and security patch on z fold 5 still didn't fix it. Horrible developers!

S25 Ultra with the exact same issue, it is so annoying.
