My Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 is experiencing extreme overheating, resulting in battery malfunction. The device's high temperature caused a burn injury to my leg and significant damage to the phone; the screen displays an unusual blue hue, and the camera images are obscured as if viewed through steamed glass. Despite repeated attempts over the past week to obtain a replacement, Samsung has refused to waive the deductible. While claiming to take the matter seriously, they insist on a 5-day diagnostic period before considering a replacement or exchange, a process that could take up to 17 days in total. This unacceptable delay forces a choice between significant financial losses due to work absence and the risk of serious injury (burns to myself or my children) or even property damage. I request immediate assistance or contact information for legal counsel specializing in product liability cases.

My s24 is getting hot and draining fast. I can feel the heat on my leg. The last update it started out of nowhere. Called Samsung care and they could "care" less. Said send it in and wait a month. Pretty disappointed after buying Samsung for 15 years. Might finally give apple a try. Nothing I hate more than shady customer service.

Theres a option for local service repair centers how many they have or in what locations but may see if that's available

Best thing to do first if it's that drastic is a complete manufacturer reset. Be sure to back up your device though. Otherwise take your sim out and put it into your old phone or a cheap used phone off ebay and send it in to Samsung for warranty coverage.
