Hi there. Ever since the May 2025 update, my Fold 5 hasn't been able to connect to Wifi or Bluetooth at all. I am relying on my mobile data when using my device. Does anyone have a similar experience, or a solution to this? I am positive this started immediately after the May update.

Fold & Flip PhonesIt has nothing to do with your cable and, since you are not the only one to be reporting this issue, it most definitely has everything to do with the update. An update would not break a cable. Please put in an error report, as that is the only hope for getting the issue addressed by Samsung.

Fold & Flip PhonesMany people keep their old phones when they upgrade, if they are still working and they didn't trade it in, so that they have a backup for instances where they may have to send it in for repair, or it just fails, gets lost or stolen. If you do decide to send it in, make sure you have a complete backup on a flash drive or external device, because I guarantee you they will reset it at some point and then all your personal data will be gone. If you need a functional phone while your main device is out for repairs, I suggest that if you can afford to, you pick up a cheap phone of any brand so that you are not without a phone for any period of time. Keep this as your "in case of emergency" phone.
