Updates are a carrier controlled distribution.  Please ask your carrier why they are taking so long with the update.

True but not and the same time since Samsung haven't even released unlocked version

They haven't released the update yet for anyone and it hasn't been rolled out to any carrier. They just released one update for mid-range phones for T-Mobile locked users only today.

Samsung is severely lagging behind on their updates.

I'm really hoping there is some fix to my battery drain / heating on my phone. I get more battery life on my Pixel 8 Pro!
