Fold 6 UI 7 drop down interface (panel settings)

My phone updated to UI 7 from UI6 and my panel settings are all messed up.

I was able to get rid of the stupid UI 7 notification spilt but my icons are huge and bo longer show their names.

I have some weird **bleep** about smart things that takes up most of the screen.

Readjusting setting doesn't fix it.

using the keyboard now also randomly crashes out now with me being unable to type with locking and unlocking the phone.

How do I restore my phone to being functional without having to reset my phone using a backup of UI6?

Do you have a screenshot of the issue? What keyboard are you using? Hopefully not SwiftKey?

I am using the standard keyboard.

That's not a keyboard, that is the quick panel.

To see their names, you will have to expand it.

If you pull down on the bottom of Quick Panel to expand it, the labels will be displayed. I don't think there's a setting to display them constantly.

that is what I am looking for. It used to be displayed and much smaller icon size (1/2 its current size)

What's wrong with SwiftKey? Is it Microsoft buying it years ago and installing malware or trackers? I am not aware of any issues so could you please share your thoughts on this? Thanks

Supposedly, there are issues where if you don't switch to default prior to updating to the new UI, you may be unable to type your password or pin.
