Fold & Flip PhonesI have a Galaxy Z Fold 7 that is less than two months old. I brought it to a Samsung Authorized Service Center (uBreakiFix), and the Samsung‑trained technician declared it unrepairable. They documented this and sent it to Samsung.
Since then:
Multiple repair attempts failed
The device was mailed to the Texas repair center
I was told different and contradictory information by support
One rep claimed I needed “three repair attempts” before replacement, but this is not in Samsung’s warranty
Another rep said my case was “escalated,” but I have not been contacted by a Case Manager
I have been without a working device for an unreasonable amount of time
I am requesting that Samsung review my case properly and assign the Case Manager I was told would contact me. The device was already declared unrepairable by an authorized Samsung technician, and I need this resolved.

Yea i recommend talking to Samsung support as well. I only use ubreakifix for Xbox and PlayStation. NEVER FOR MY PHONES. That's a task not even they could handle. They told me they send things off to the companies if it's too complicated. Knowing that was a z fold, yeaa i knew for a fact it's unrepairable to them but not Samsung themselves who made it.

Thanks the last month has been rough I didn't think I was that addicted till now.
I had been contacting Samsung support since February 10 to no avail. ( they couldn't even tell me where my phone was at) I then had sent Three emails to the to CEOs office since last Friday. I finally because Samsung support keep telling me my case had been escalated and a Supervisor would call me back and in the last week I was promised no less than 5 call backs that was never returned. I finally received a phone call from (Lakesha) the nicest lady I've talked to in this whole ordeal at 5 oplock this afternoon and got a resolution.

Fold & Flip PhonesI just wanted to personally thank Lakesha for calling me today. You were the first person to reach out to me directly, and you were truly the nicest and most helpful representative I’ve spoken with throughout this entire process. While others expressed condolence and apology's none had even overed any resolution other than a phone call from their supervisor that has never come to date.
I really appreciate your kindness, your patience, and the way you explained everything so clearly. It meant a lot to finally talk to someone who genuinely cared and took the time to help.
