For split second my inner display flickers green and returns normal.

Cant tell if it's an app issue or hardware issue such as charger cable being bad or display itself being bad.
I was using CrunchyRoll app at the time. Previously happened the same way but I think I was on YouTube, can't remember exactly.

Anyone else have this issue?

Hey you, DatNewGuy

I hate that you are experiencing this. I will be happy to assist with your concerns. There could be a few factors causing the inner display to flicker green screen.

I'm providing a few troubleshooting steps below to try, if you haven't already.

First and for most, make sure your Z Fold7 is fully backed up, and you are running the most recent Software version.

Test in Safe Mode:
1. Swipe down from the top right to open the Quick Panel.
2. Tap the Power icon.
3. Then touch and hold the "Power off" icon until the "Safe mode" prompt appears.
4. Tap "Safe mode" to restart.

If the flickering stops, a third-party app is the cause.

How to Exit Safe Mode:
Simply restart your phone via the power menu.

Wipe Cache Partition:
1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect the phone to a computer or laptop via USB-C cable.
3. Press and hold the Volume Up and Side (Power) buttons simultaneously.
4. When the Samsung logo appears, release the Side key, but continue holding the Volume Up button until the Android Recovery menu appears.
5. Use the Volume Down button to navigate to Wipe cache partition.
6. Press the Side key to select.
7. Use Volume Down to select Yes and press the Side key to confirm.
8. Once the process is complete, select Reboot system now.

Brightness Settings Adjustment:
Increase screen brightness and disable Adaptive Brightness.

Factory Reset:
Before trying this step, make sure your device is fully backed up, so there will be no data lost.

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap General management.
3. Tap Reset.
4. Select Factory data reset.
5. Review the information, then tap Reset and Delete all.
6. You may need to enter your PIN, password, or Samsung account credentials.

This will reset your Z Fold7 back to its factory settings, like a brand-new device.

If these steps above do not work, the flickering may indicate a faulty display component and may need service.

Flex cable or screen adhesive failing. Samsung uses awful resin adhesives that dry out and fail. Happened to my year old 8k TV which was seldom used and sat on a mount the entire year after purchase, causing a green line across the screen. Hope you got Samsung Care because any kind of screen damage is not covered by warranty... even if said damage is from a manufacturing defect.
