Galaxy Buds3 Pro, and Bluetooth with other devices behaving poorly.

Recently, not long after the One Ui 7 update my Galaxy Buds have begun to intermittently "degrade" quality for a few seconds. Its hard to describe, but the phone doesnt seem to recognize the buds as a media output option sometimes. 
It will show it is playing from "phone speaker" but it is playing through the buds with a terrible sounding, low bitrate. Similarly to how the quality degrades when the microphone is being accessed for some calls.

This has also happened with my JBL speaker a few times, so it is a software issue with the phone, not the buds.

Hello The_Lemon, Thank you for being part of the Community. We know how frustrating it is for the Bluetooth to not function correctly.

Have you tried resetting the Bluetooth settings? Phone Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings (You will need to reconnect these devices after the reset.)
