Anyone else having issues with their phone after the ui 7 uodate? My phone's main screen, and occational cover screen, both stop responding and just have a black screen. I have the Z flip 6 and haven't had any issues up until this update, and take very good care of my devices as well. I've basically am at my limit with driving around going to my phone carrier and being told to go to best buy/ geek squad only to get told they also are unable to fix the issue and to contact samsung directly. Well I did and the best they could do was to tell me to reset my settings to which it still did not help. 😮💨

Try this
Wipe Cache Partition.
Turn off phone.
While powered down, press power key and volume up button simultaneously until the phone vibrates. Let go of buttons. You will now be in the bootloader. Using Volume buttons for scrolling, power button for Yes.
Scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition. Press power, scroll to Yes, press power. Reboot press power key.

Wiping the cache partition does not fix this issue. I tried it TWICE. Had ZERO issues with my new zflip 6 phone until this AWFUL UPDATE.
