I installed the latest update and I am having an intermittent problem with connecting to my car (both native and Android Auto). It simply will not connect until I disable and re-enable Bluetooth.

I have also have the phone freeze when receiving a phone call.

Once it happened one time when I was playing Whiteout Survival and received a phone call. Nothing would work including long press on side button to bring up the power off screen. Had to hold the side button and the volume control (do not remember if it was up or down) for a long time before the phone shut down and I could restarted.

Another time it was connected to Android Auto and a call came in. The screen on the car froze and after a few seconds the phone rebooted.

Turn OFF your phone and remove any charging cables

Press and hold the Volume UP and POWER buttons at the same time

Hold these buttons until the Android Recovery Menu appears.

Press the Volume DOWN button to highlight wipe cache partition

Press the POWER button to select it

Press the Volume DOWN button to highlight Yes and press the POWER button to select it

After the Cache Wipe is complete, menu items will reappear, with Reboot system now highlighted

Press the POWER button to select it

Thanks, that is what I did to recover, but the issue remains that the phone should not has frozen when I received a phone call. This never has happened before I installed the latest update.

Also... go to settings, about phone, scroll all the way down to bottom of the page, click on the hyperlink that says "reset", then chose "reset wifi and Bluetooth settings ". You will need to reconnect all your Bluetooth and wifi networks.

My S24 does not connet to my Mercedes Command after update to UI 7
The Command system does not recognize the usb connection and Android Auto gives the message on my phone to connect to another port (but there is only one for Android Auto)

Try turning bluetooth off and on wait about 10 seconds and if it does not connect, repeat. That is what I have been doing.

I'm having similar issues, my phone charging is just fine if I'm connected into a wall plug, but Android Auto and charging while it's in my car keep connecting and disconnecting. Started right after the update
