My Z Fold 7 as been using way more memory for no explainable reason. No new apps or games, I have even removed/disabled apps I don't use and it hasn't made a difference. It's using a lot more battery and is reporting that some apps are crashing several times in a short period and forces them to close while I'm using them. The apps aren't crashing they are working normally as I use them. It also says the same apps are using excessive amounts of background data and or battery. But when checked manually they are doing either. Also I've noticed the colors on the main screen not looking right, this all started after the update in March I'm pretty sure. But could have been the February one... Android auto crashes constantly as well. Anyone having anything similar happening or have any ideas how to fix the issues? Thanks in advance for any advice

Hey CountryMP! Thanks for visiting the Community. Nothing is more frustrating than a phone that wont stop crashing. Let's get this situated as soon as we can. I recommend trying this link:

http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10001440/

If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information, and look at this from a case by case basis, please provide the full model code and serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.

I appreciate the response, I just went ahead and filled a claim with my carrier. I pay for the insurance might as well just get it replaced. I've never had a problem with it before and I've loved both my Fold 6 and 7

@CountryMP I'm not seeing anything like that on my Fold 7. Which carrier are you using and is your phone a carrier device (model name ends in "U")?
