Need help with viewing/modifying Samsung Care+ account?

I'm new to Samsung care+ due to my phone company having a high deductible for the fold 7. I subscribed to Samsung care + and after doing so I can not for the life of me find anywhere to view my status or make changes as I want switch to the theft and loss plan. The only option i see is to unsubscribe or file a claim

Sorry but once you sign up you can't change the plan you have. You can call 1-833-690-0918 for help with your plan

Sorry but once you sign up you can't change the plan you have. You can call 1-833-690-0918 for help with your plan

Customer support advised against it but i canceled my subscription and re subscribed to the other plan

You got lucky since normally once you cancelled your plan you are ineligible to sign up for care + again on the same device.

Do yourself a BIG favor and do some checking just to make sure that the cancelation of the previous plan was indeed canceled and that your Zfold7 serial number and imei are both matching per your new coverage services... Im a loyal Samsung Customer but unfortunately there is always the small chance that something gets messed up and you think you have coverage, only to find out God forbid that you need it and it wasn't ever activated correctly... Samsung hasn't ever refused to fix something to right a wrong, but when doing ANY trade in for an upgraded product I highly advise to everyone that they take the time to REC the process of you sending your item back to them for the trade in value!!! Its not fun getting a lot alert from the bank notifying me of an 800 dollar charge being placed into my account due to my trade in not being accepted... pulled the video up of the whole ordeal of mailing it off to them and within 10 minutes my bank sent a follow up alert letting me know the charge was reversed... ive read countless times on the web about people getting stuck with no way to prove otherwise ... Yep, happen to me twice. Each time I got it squashed because I record everything.

Last trade I had a notarized letter in the box of its contents!
